Cannellini Beans with Olive Oil, Garlic and Oregano

This is a very simple and fast dish to make.  You can double the recipe and keep a bowl in the refrigerator.

1 15.5oz. can of Cannellini beans drained and rinsed
1 large clove of garlic finely chopped
3 tablespoons of Malibu Olive Company Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 tablespoon dried thyme or oregano
Salt and pepper to taste

Mix all ingredients together and serve at room temperature.

Be careful, this is an easy dish to eat all at once, it is sooo good.
